7:25pm - reached Great World City
7:35pm - had McDonald's for dinner
7:50pm - redeemed a pair of tickets at Golden Village cinema, which came with this card:
7:55pm - saw about less than 10 people in Star Trek uniforms, all from StarTrek.com.sg club
8:00pm - checked in my mobile phone and PDA because they did not allow us to bring in recordable devices. i had no contact with the outside from the world now!
8:05pm - gave away one of the two tickets to a Star Trek fan, because my wife was busy tonight
8:10pm - seeing that i had no one to talk to, entered the cinema to wait for the show to start
8:20pm - chatted with some guys sitten next to me about movies in general
8:30pm - the Star Trek fan entered the cinema and sat next to me, and we briefly chatted
8:40pm - movie started after two trailers
9:00pm - introduction scene blew my mind away!
11:00pm - sat right through to the end of the movie, plus credits and proceeded to retrieve my mobile phone and PDA
well, that was my Star Trek experience. i am not giving any plot away so you guys out there will have to wait till 7 may 09 to watch this amazing, fantastic and awesome movie!
yes! i am going to watch it again with my wife, when she is not too busy...
