Children Cars for $3.00 per 15 minutes?

ok. even though i saw someone pushing her dog in her grocery trolley, saw a young greyhound and saw a small dog in a baby pram in Toa Payoh in Singapore, i put this picture up instead:

why? because i CANNOT believe they are charging S$3 per 15 minutes for kids/babies to ride on these radio-controlled cars! if i did not remember wrongly, they used to charge S$3 about 25 years ago! haven't these people heard of inflation?

wait a minute... was that S$3 for one hour 25 years ago? huh? hmm...
