Owe Money Pay Money (O$P$)

For those of you who don't know what "Owe Money Pay Money" (O$P$ for short) means, you are not from Singapore. These words are mainly written by loan sharks on the walls of the area where the person who owes money stays.

They are also to shame the person by letting his/her neighbours know about this fact. And I happen to see one of these "notices" near the lift and it indicated the unit number of the neighbour who stayed directly below me:

The funny thing was the "smiley" face being drawn at the end of this "notice"...
